[Well, he learned his lesson from last time to use video/voice with the music giving away his location. Casual conversation is not really Itachi's strong point after so many years of being relatively quiet and hanging around only one other person.]

Nothing else has changed about him in the last month since their last face-to-face meeting. With his decision to go to Kanto it's very possible that this will be their last chance to spend time together. The location he'd chosen is secluded enough that they won't have to worry about other people stumbling on them by accident.]
