Uchiha Clan

Itachi's little brother who was essentially the only one to survive the Uchiha massacre. Everything Itachi has done has been for his brother's sake, even setting himself as the enemy. Honestly, Sasuke has watched his brother die not once but twice -- or he would have if he wasn't still tiny. This is just awkward now. Sasuke knows the truth of that night and is trying to sort through his feelings but he still has questions, there are still things unsaid. The only thing Itachi doesn't want to tell his little brother is that he's dead. Twice over.

This kid is one of Itachi's many cousins -- one of his favorites. He used to hang around and even follow Obito, looking up to him when he was small. Obito is actually supposed to be older than him, if he had lived, that is. He's not exactly sure what to do a small version.

Surprisingly, this loud-mouthed shinobi has quite a lot of interaction with Itachi even though he defected after killing his clan. It had been Itachi's job to collect him for the Akatsuki's plans. Since their first initial meeting, he's entrusted with Naruto with the task of helping his brother. They even met again after Itachi's first death and were on fairly good terms -- despite Itachi being controlled to attack. When he regained controlled he told Naruto that he'd end the jutsu and sacrifice his own life for the shinobi.

The Fourth Hokage of Konoha. Itachi actually respects him a lot -- enough to tell him the truth before anyone else could. Or at least a part of the truth and allow others to fill him in later. He's also the one Itachi reports any and all activity to as he knows the Yondaime will use it wisely.

A friend of his mother's. Itachi doesn't remember much about her except that she came around the house and stopped to talk to his mom. He does know that she died the night of the Kyuubi attack and is Naruto's mother.

One of the nine jinchūriki that the Akatsuki collected and killed when removing the bijū from inside of him. Itachi has not talked to him personally since arrival but is aware of his existence thanks to Naruto and intends to avoid him as much as possible.

Haruno Sakura

Another member of Team Seven, completing the Naruto-Sasuke-Sakura team. To be honest, Itachi hasn't ever had a lot of interaction with her at any given point in time. Though he does know of her thanks to various reports and because she is a part of Sasuke's team. He's decided to give her some space and let her come to him.
