Itachi is already coming with most of his canon powers intact, therefore there won't be huge difference with the addition of blood powers.

Fire: An ability he already mastered, this will just allow him to turn all his weapons into flaming ones and not just shuriken. Length of time and quantity will depend on how much he practices. One day he may be able to mix weapons with Amaterasu which is a scary thought.

Ice: This will go hand-in-hand with his water jutsu, giving him the ability to freeze it during manipulation. He will be able to use them as projectiles or with his water dragons to stop opponents in their tracks momentarily. Eventually, Itachi will be able to use water and ice to create a blade should he ever find himself lacking.

Electricity: Able to create small sparks from his fingertips, giving people small electric shocks.
