Three Necessary Lies ✧ Text | Action
It would have been nice to have my abilities back seven days ago. My travel time would have been cut in half if I could have just walked across the water instead of having to detour through the mountain.
Does anyone know exactly what's going on here?
Private to Sasuke
I'm a few hours away from Mahogany. [Look, he updated you. A little late but it's still an update.]
Action
[To anyone who finds themselves along Route 42 they may find themselves faced with a dark-haired Uchiha in a burgundy robe. He has his Growlithe traveling along with him and looks like he has a clear goal in mind. Itachi won't stop for anyone but he won't mind them coming along if they like.]

Action
This is the world of Pokemon. Currently you're standing on the path that will take you to Mahogany Town. I'm not part of your imagination, I'm very real.

*Imogen, go back to the part where he's real and this is the Pokemon World.*
So I'm either really really nuts and lying to myself or I'm in a world of a video game? I guess you're real enough... not exactly the person my subconscious would lie to me with.
*Nothing about this makes her feel better.*
no subject
Tell that to whoever named the town.
[Itachi also has no idea what a video game is but he knows this is not a game.]
This place is also real enough so try not to die because you think it's a trick of your mind or a game.

...I'm Imogen, Imogen Moreno.
*She'll just take a pace next to him. She has nowhere else to go, after all.*
no subject
Itachi, Uchiha Itachi.
[He'll let silence fill the space between them for a moment.]
If you have other questions you can ask them.

*Other than her thicker glasses, and darker clothes. She's much less assure of herself.*
This isn't anything that normally happens in my life, and if some fantasy world were to kidnap me, I'd want to be in Narnia.
no subject
[Again, more foreign words.]
Your references are wasted on me. Everyone you see here is a collection of people from different worlds and different times.
no subject
*Imogen has the clothes on her back and a Pokegear.*
Narnia's the world in a series of books I read as a kid. So everyone here is alone? That... I guess means none of us are alone.
no subject
[Motions to his backpack.]
No, not everyone here is alone. That is just my preference. Some have their friends or family with them, some do not.
no subject
Why do you prefer to be alone?
no subject
I can travel at my preferred pace this way. Not many would be able to keep up otherwise.
no subject
*She's sorta realized without friends she's free to be whoever she wants, do what she wants... but never thought of it in that particular light.*
I've just... always been used to watching what others do with their friends.
no subject
Watching must be hard.
no subject
*She watched Eli so long, him and Clare. What did they even have in common. Why would he want a girl like that? When she could be anything h wanted.*
But taking it is even harder than that. I just hope it's worth it...
no subject
[Was he hearing that right?]
no subject
*So yes, you heard that right.*
no subject
[Thought so.]
no subject
*Lies.*
It was nice, someone noticing me and not making fun of me.
no subject
[He doesn't think it probably went well.]
You may find this place is different from the one you left behind.
no subject
I mean, other than the Pokemon, the lack of cars, and the better clothes.
no subject
I don't think you'll have many problems making friends.
no subject
Otherwise you'd stay alone all the time.
no subject
no subject
Or are they just not here?
no subject
Otherwise there is no one.
